Prior to joining the PhD CS program at UChicago, I was at ETH Zurich in Switzerland for my MSc. I also spent a few months working in cloud networks research at UPC Barcelona. I completed my undergrad at VIT Vellore in India.
I am primarily interested in developing machine learning based solutions for performance improvements in computer networks. I explore possible improvements in both general network problems like congestion, latency reduction and loss resilience, and specific application areas such as efficient video streaming. I also like to think about advances machine learning models and theory from time to time.
